Prima believes in the philosophy of giving back to the society. Prima’s primary focus has been on health care along with ensuring up-lift of the differently abled persons belonging to the economically challenged and deprived sections of the society.
The CSR Committee has been formulated and recommended to the Board CSR Policy in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 indicating activities to be undertaken by the Company.
Company didn’t fall in any of the criteria’s mentioned in Section 135(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and accordingly was not required to spend the CSR contribution for the Financial Year 2023-24.

3. CSR contribution given to The Indian Planetary Society for education purpose.
4. CSR contribution given to Nandlal H. Valia Research & Charitable Trust for Safe drinking water.
5. CSR contribution given to Jyoti Foundation for Health & Welfare Purpose.
