It has come to our attention that fraudulent individuals and agencies are posing as representatives of Prima Plastics Ltd., offering fake job opportunities and requesting payment or personal information from unsuspecting candidates. What is Recruitment Fraud?
Recruitment fraud involves the offer of fictitious job positions, typically through online platforms or unsolicited emails, pretending to be from credible companies. Fraudsters may ask for personal data or demand payments as part of their fake recruitment process.
How to Identify a Recruitment Fraud:
- Requests for personal information: Be cautious if you are asked for sensitive information (such as passport details, banking information, or Aadhar numbers) early in the recruitment process.
- Suspicious email addresses: Official recruitment emails from Prima Plastics Ltd. will come from authorized email addresses such as hr.mumbai@primaplastics.com / hr.daman@primaplastics.com / hr.mp@primaplastics.com. Be wary of emails from similar but unauthentic domains.
- Unsolicited job offers: If you receive a job offer without having applied or interviewed for a role, it is likely a scam.
