Our heavy-duty wheeled bins are manufactured from thick virgin plastic using injection moulding. They are completely watertight, smooth and non-porous on the interior, UV-resistant, and built to hold significant weight. They do not rust, leach and tare deep enough for genuine full-body cold water immersion- something most Indian bathtubs cannot say.

The lockable wheels mean you position it wherever you want:  balcony, bathroom, garden, terrace and it stays put during your session. Drainage is simple: tip it or attach a hose.

Which size for your ice bath at home?

The 240L bin suits most adults sitting with knees drawn up, fills to chest level, and fits in a standard terrace, perfect if you are starting out with cold plunge therapy for the first time.

The 660L and 1100L bin is the only practical two-person cold plunge option. The closest you will get to a commercial cold plunge facility without spending lakhs or waiting weeks for an import

The full set up

Apart from the wheely bin, your local suppliers will have the ice you need to fill it and with India’s heat- it will melt in time for you to take a plunge. Leave it open after you're done to melt all the ice, and drain with a hose. 

Start at 10–15°C. Two to three minutes for your first session. Build from there, and enjoy an at home ice bath.
