About Us

Prima Plastics Limited (“Prima”) is among India’s leading manufacturers and exporters of high-quality plastic products.
Our journey began with the manufacture of plastic chairs, and over the years, we’ve steadily expanded our portfolio to include a wide range of solutions— from furniture and pallets to insulated boxes, crates, road safety products, and waste management systems.
Today, Prima operates seven state-of-the-art production facilities worldwide. Four of these are located in India—two in Daman, and one each in Kerala and Ongole—while the other three serve global markets from Cameroon and Guatemala (Central America). Our reach is supported by a strong distribution network ensuring that Prima products are accessible across diverse regions and communities.
We are proud to hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications and have been recognized as a “One Star Export House” by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (DGFT), Government of India. In line with our commitment to nation-building, Prima is one of the largest suppliers of waste management products under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, partnering with municipal bodies such as the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation, City Municipal Council Koppal, the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, and many more.
Beyond business, we believe in giving back. Through initiatives in rural development, education, and healthcare, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people and communities around us.

Shri Bhaskar M. Parekh
Director & Executive Chairman (1993–Present)
Shri Bhaskar M. Parekh has been associated with Prima Plastics since 1993 and continues to serve as Executive Chairman and Whole-time Director. With over three decades of experience in plastic injection moulding, blow moulding, and extrusion, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product portfolio and introducing innovative, design-forward furniture to the market. He oversees production and general administration while driving the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on exploring new business avenues and diversifying operations to enhance shareholder value.
Shri Dilip M. Parekh 
Managing Director (1993–Present)
Shri Dilip M. Parekh has served as Managing Director of Prima Plastics since 1993, overseeing marketing and administration. His strong management skills, deep industry knowledge, and marketing expertise have been instrumental in the company’s growth. He played a key role in establishing Prima’s global presence, spearheading the Joint Venture in Cameroon and incorporating a Subsidiary in Guatemala (Central America), putting Prima firmly on the international plastics map.
Smt. Hina V. Mehta 
Non-Executive Director (2015–Present)
Smt. Hina V. Mehta was appointed as Non-Executive Director of Prima Plastics in 2015. She holds a Graduate Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and has been running her own business in the manufacturing of modular kitchens and accessories since 2003. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and finance, she is widely recognized for her contributions in shaping successful retail operations and driving business growth.
Shri Shailesh S. Shah 
Independent Director (1998–Present)
Shri Shailesh S. Shah is a Practicing Chartered Accountant (B.Sc., FCA) with extensive expertise in accounting and taxation. He has been a Senior Partner at Khandelwal Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, since 1998 and brings valuable financial insight and governance experience to the Prima Plastics Board as an Independent Director.
Shri Snehal N. Muzoomdar
Independent Director (2019- Present)
Shri Snehal N. Muzoomdar is a Practicing Chartered Accountant (B.Com, LLB, FCA, CWA) with extensive expertise in accounting and taxation. He is the proprietor of M/s Snehal Muzoomdar & Associates and brings valuable financial acumen and strategic insight to Prima Plastics as an Independent Director.
Smt. Daxa J. Baxi 
Independent Director (2023- Present)
Smt. Daxa J. Baxi holds a BA in Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) certified by both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and ICAI, India. She is the founder of SRI Solutions and brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, and leadership, having previously served as a partner with leading firms including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co., as well as CFO of a global spiritual and educational organization based in Switzerland.

Shri Paras B. Parekh 
Chief Marketing Officer 
Shri Paras B. Parekh oversees Prima Plastics’ Material Handling division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He manages the manufacturing operations and sales of the division, which spans a wide range of products including plastic pallets, material handling equipment, cold chain products, road safety solutions, and food service products, complementing Prima’s extensive portfolio of crates and bins.
Ms. Shriya D. Parekh 
Business Development Manager 
Ms. Shriya D. Parekh has served as Business Development Manager at Prima Plastics since 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northeastern University. Shriya has been instrumental in establishing Prima’s digital presence, driving the brand on platforms like Amazon, Pepperfry, and JioMart, and expanding brand awareness in today’s fast-paced digital marketplace.
Shri Manoj O. Toshniwal 
Vice President - Accounts & Finance
Shri Manoj O. Toshniwal has been associated with Prima Plastics for over 25 years and serves as Vice President of Accounts and Finance. He is a key member of the senior management team, overseeing the company’s financial management and day-to-day operations, ensuring robust and effective financial governance.
Shri Dharmesh R. Sachade 
Chief Financial Officer 
Shri Dharmesh R. Sachade serves as Chief Financial Officer at Prima Plastics. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as a Company Secretary. He has also completed the Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFR) from ACCA, London, bringing extensive expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and corporate governance to the company.
Mrs Prachi M. Mankame 
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer 
Mrs Prachi M. Mankame is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees in Law and Commerce. With over six years of experience in secretarial, compliance, and legal roles, she brings strong expertise in corporate governance and regulatory management, ensuring that Prima Plastics navigates legal and compliance requirements effectively.
Shri Pratik B Parekh
Chief Operating Officer
Pratik Parekh - As Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Roto Division at Prima Plastics, Pratik Parekh plays a central role in shaping the company’s operational excellence and long-term growth vision. He leads cross-functional teams, strengthens manufacturing capabilities, and drives product innovation across domestic and international markets. Pratik holds a degree from the University of Kansas, which laid the foundation for his global outlook and strategic approach. His leadership is defined by a commitment to quality, modernization, and customer-centric solutions.
